Ballast Timer Bypass

I know there are a few post on here about how to bypass the timers but I don't know much about wiring in relays and I think there may be more than I want to try to mess with. Does anyone know it anyone makes a setup that is prewired so all I would have to do is take out the timers and plug in prewired relays?
