HO Approach bindings footbeds

Hey guys, I'm kinda a noob here. I have searched around on this forum a little. I am looking into buying a used slalom ski with boots. One ski I came across has double HO Approach bindings.
I have read on these forums where users report the footbeds are easily interchangeable to get either left foot forward or right foot forward. Could someone please describe how this is done? Would I buy new footbeds, or just swap front to rear? Any screws to be removed? etc. I just want to feel more confident, before I make a purchase.
Thanks for the help.

By the way, I am 6'2" and 200 lbs with size 13 -14 feet. From the size charts sounds like I need a 68" ski with XL or XXL bindings. If anyone has one they want to part with, feel free to let me know. Or any advice? I have been searching craigs, ebay, and ski it again.
