Gross.

Tomorrow is St. Pat's day. We got the corned beef, cabbage, boiler potatoes, and Guiness ready to go. I may have to try that drink!

I just had my Guiness "clean." No Jameson's in the house.
But the Guiness was good enough to have another, and another...

I'm still looking at these. Here's an excellent discussion of ceramic vs. gas grills: http://www.bbqsource-forums.com/invb...showtopic=3533

Well, I bought another one. I purchased a small so I can concurrently cook the fixings with the main course. Tonight we are having chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing with brined baked potatoes and mixed veggies.
