Talking shipping

[quote=coz;545280]Might be a good deal but the guy is outrageous on the shipping, he has an engine cover for a 205 that ships for $72 HELLO! it's about 4 pounds of vinyl http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/maste...spagenameZWDVW

I believe i sent you an e-mail saying you would only pay actual shipping. you replied with your zip code after the auction was over. I never replied back after that BECAUSE the BRAND NEW ENGINE COVER did not get even a dollar bid. I may have entered the size of the box wrong on ebay and ebay now calculates shipping all by itself. A NEW ENGINE COVER for 1 dollar and somebody says I'm ripping them off!!! Sometimes the other side is good to hear too.

Looks like a great boat. Price seems a little high though.

Pretty nice but not worth that kind of money IMHO. $17k starting price with a reserve NFW.

Good thing he lowered the reserve. I was afraid he may not get any offers A little to much.

I'm thinking that's a $15K boat....But what the heck do I know?

Why would you remove the LT1 for a custom built 383? Does that seem sketchy?

10 hours on a rebuilt LT1 might be worth a little extra. Sure is pretty. I'd lose the sticker on the windshield. But I love the color!

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.
