Anyone know what this is?

Can anyone help ID this wire and what it goes to? I was vacuuming the other day and saw it hanging there, not attached to anything. My first thought was it came loose, but now I’m not sure if it is for something that I don’t have (i.e tower lights or some type of accessory). The wires are blue and black with a clip on the end, it is right under the dash cluster. The pictures are a little fuzzy as they were taken with my phone. Any help would be great to save me a trip to the dealer….
