09 X15 Ballast Settings

Does anyone know what the ballast configuration feature is for in the menu setting on a 09 X15? The page shows all three tanks with numerical options for each tank.

The numbers represent the time each pump is set to run. You can increase the time on each pump if they are not completely filling or emptying the tanks or if you add additional bags later on.....cheers

The numbers go as high as 60 and they are set at 2.4. Would you agree that this represents minutes or is it a reference? I havent set a stop watch to actually time it yet.
