I have an 05 but the floor does not have any screws and does not easily lift. Mine has an access hatch to the manual shutoff valve in the middle of the floor behind the engine cover directly over the inlet. My boat has almost 1,000 hrs and the floor has been out many times to do projects or check alignment but does not lift on its own.
