Help removing dye

I don't know if I drove through something driving to the boat launch or if it's dye from the DNR spraying for weeds but there are several stains along the waterline of my boat. Reading the flyer they left on our dock one of the ingredients listed in the the weed control were a dye, presumably so they could see where they sprayed. I tried rubbing some Meguirs 105 on a few spots, and while they came out it was a ton of work. Any suggestions other than buffing the entire side of the boat?

Order the smallest one. Little bit goes a long way. Here's before and after pics.
