Who do you guys deal with at Seadek and do you have an email? I emailed them through the website but the person who got back to me hasn't been very helpful.

Ordered template materials to have my whole XStar done. Just found out they can't put the MastCraft logo on the swim platform. How pathetic is it that MasterCraft corporate can't endorse their product and allow the printing of their name/font...

I love my mastercraft boat and the mastercraft before this one too but hate stepping foot in any dealership or dealing with the mastercraft corporate policies. I wanted to replace my sun faded bimini boot on an 09 xstar. $500-600 CAD and 8-10 week delivery from the dealership. I called apex canvas as their tag was on the bimini boot. They said the same sorry.... We can't sell anything mastercraft anymore to the public. Through some internet research I found people previously bought buy bimini boots direct for $150-200 prior to mastercraft stepping in. That is an unreasonable mark up on mastercraft's part with an unreasonable delivery time. I had a local upholstery shop made me a new one for $195 CAD in less than a week....... They have to order the fabric. Looks great, quality is great, and fabric/color match was great. ONE WEEK.

Again I love my boat and the time I spend with friends and family on in. Mastercraft needs to change their philosophy and support owners with the parts/products they want and need at a reasonable cost and timeline if they want to keep people from exploring other boat brands during their next boat purchase.

Please forgive any typos as from my iphone.

I will never understand Mastercrafts position on third party providers using their logo.

So long as its not a product that Mastercraft sells. What are they protecting?

You can get the logo on SeaDek but you have to get permission from MC, which they will give apparently.
