Just ordered some for my X10; are you using the stock hardware? Any tips on the install?

Use your stock hardware. The front is a torx and the back is a nylock 7/16". Remove the seat. I removed the small upholstery trim next to the Black panel to gain more access. 2 people would really help because the center nut is way on there. Don't pry up the bottom because you risk breaking the trim in the middle. Go in from the right side and reach to the middle.

Plan to scrap your arm with the fiberglass...it is just part of the job.

I tried to install my second set of spacers on my buddies 2003 x9. The front spacer works. The 2 rear ones are too long. Very similar to a previous picture I've seen. Could you cut me 2 that are are a couple millimeters shorter?

Also, the round doesn't work on these year panels. Can you cut the bottoms off and make it into a D shape?

I received mine and installed them. They look much better, although I have some rust staining from the old washers and they don't get covered up. I guess I need to find something that will remove the stains. Either way, they look much better. Thanks!

Came out great! Thanks. FYI to anyone doing this, it is a two person job to get the front washer in, very tight space.

So, a little update. I've had a few people run into an issue with some models that the position closest to the dash sits on an angle so these don't work in that spot. Now that I've got my boat, (which happens to have this issue), I'm working on coming up with a solution. It's going to be a pain to machine, but I believe this will work.
