I fold my New Dimension Mini forward to get it in the garage for winter and it does go nearly to windshield height. Seems much lower than the picture of it folded back. Also the lower legs will come off easy when folded and make it even lower.

They rub the inside of the windsheild a little. I put some 3m clear vinyl over that area to protect it. No issues for for me
