I recall hearing that one can tighten a wire around the sack to cut off blood flow. Then they eventually fall off on their own accord.

I'm more of an instant results kind of guy. Sitting around for days and days waiting for gratification isn't appealing to me.

yep, works well for those and even sheep tails ... doesn't have to be a wire ... we used http://www.castrator.com/
