Gotta pick your brain. Couldn't you just do a motor swap and body panel swaps? I know you can easily fit a newer f250 dash in the older ones.

No fire walls are different and all the wiring is totally different. I call them swaps the cheap way out. Something always doesn't fit just right or wiring don't work with the old.
