I need to replace the upholstery due to splitting and age. I am looking for a place close to Chicago. Any suggestions.

No suggestions in Chicago, but a little guidance. Local boat shops around Denver quoted $5K-$6K for my X30, plus another $2K for carpet. I found a small hot-rod shop in a small town north of Denver, did amazing work (i.e., custom rod quality), $2500 out the door including matching embroidery, heavy marine vinyl, even some foam replacement.

BTW, $2500 did not include carpet, did a good steam clean of my existing carpet and it looked new.
