That looks like the old 3 in the tree shifter I had on a winter beater back in the day... that alone should be worth some $$$$'s.

So pull the stereo and sell it, but you can't just ignore its value and pretend the owner won't care.

I'm not interested in the boat. If I actually was, I'd ask them to pull the stereo and pay what the boat itself is worth. No different than a vehicle, IMO. I wouldn't pay big money for a '84 Honda Civic because it had a big stereo in it.
