couple random requests

Anybody been able to get the 2014 MC shield badge that comes on the new boats? The raised 3D one - (sure there's another technical name). I love the look.

Second, I have a 2003 with the wood grain dash. I have read of the PITA it is to remove all the gauges to have those wrapped in the 3M product. I replaced a fuel gauge and you multiply that by 9 plus all the other pieces needed, I get how it can be hours to get it all pulled out.

I saw a guy on some auto show the other night wrapping a Mini Cooper and he had the skill to apply heat, stretch, cut to fit it around all sorts of things on the car.

Anybody had any experience with trying to find someone like that?

That badge I bet is pricey... stretching vinyl looks good at a show to make it fit - but the vinyl has memory and will shrink back - a good vinyl guy can install around gauges with minimal heat.

Should not be hard with good vinyl - where are you located - I might be able to give some referals to check out.

Similar shield - The one on the 14 PS had kind of a brushed look to it.
I am in Nashville.

On my 2002 X30, the aluminum on the gauges wasn't looking to good. So I used the 3m 1080 vinyl on it last week. It took a couple of hours so far. I should have it finished this week.
