2012 to 2014 pic....the brackets are in the same place. I think the height is the same, but they did change the platform bottom/shape little for the 2014 X30.

From what I've seen, I doubt height from 12/13 to 14 has changed.

I'm guessing the red one is your X-30, it looks like you have to reposition the Underwater lights

Also from what I understood, the bracket mounting points on the hull stay the same but depending on the model either the brackets change or spacers between platform and bracket will be used.

If the black/white one is also an X-30, the side of the transom looks slightly different...

The actuators mount lower than on the surf tabs.

Yes, the red one is mine, will have to relocate the lights when I go to add tabs.

The angle of the picture causes the hull to look different.

Are you adding the gen2 tabs and if so, are you doing it or a dealer?

I am reviewing an option that would use the Gen1 tabs and actuators mounted differently. Apparently there is a stop gap solution with good results. That's all I know...

I've said it before, the gen2 system with a manual switch would be fine, no need for touch screen integration.

MMS is working on a Gen 2 solution for 2013's. I'll follow up and see how it's going. Apparently it's similar to how they will upgrade 2014's with the Gen 1 to Gen 2.

To retro gen 2's onto 13's, the dealer will have to use a 14 vin and order the tabs. Its not really the dealers unwilling-ness, its MC telling them no. So I guess it depends on how many hoops your dealer wants to jump through.

Theyre afraid of lawsuits, because of the morons in that x45. You can thank them!

The word today is absolutely, positively, no 2013's will be retrofitted under any circumstances.
