Did we lose a tab?
It appears the options tabs were changed in the past couple days?
Several used to have a drop down which I used. Especially for my Subscribed threads. Am I missing something? What happened?

My "Quick Links" has disappeared.
The banner now has - User CP - FAQ - Members List - Calendar - Search - New Posts - Mark Forums Read - Open Contacts Popup - Logout There seems to be extra space in the last 1/3 where Mark Forums and Open Contacts reside. I am logged in.

Found the problem.
I think my browser just updated yesterday. Now running IE 11.0.9xxxx Before, my browser had what looks like a sheet of paper torn in half, Compatibility setting; next to the refresh icon in the address bar. That is gone now. I added mastercraft.com to a Compatibility View settings under Options and the drop downs returned. Odd my other forums and other sites still have their drop downs but are not in the list. Oh well, probably has to do with the forum software. Back in business now.
