o.k. final color selection decision...Graphics

O.k. on the new X-Stars you only have two choices for the Chromex lettering...I'm all set on my other selections, I just need to decide if I want to go chrome...or black. Tone on tone I think would look sweet and make the boat even a little more stealthy looking in the water. here are the two pics side by side, and also a real life one I "stole" a picture from another site of somebody with a similar boat and did my crappy version of photo-shop (please do not laugh, I'm sensitive) to make the colors the same as what I am ordering...tell me what you think.

Thanks!

I'd go chrome, so it matches with the X and MasterCraft logos.

I'm going to be even a little more risky and going with a bunch more black, just cause most of my toys are murdered out like that. I'm doing the exact inverse of his interior...so more black but allows me to do the green welt line which should look plain sick against the black, I can't wait. I know the black vinyl would not be great in the deep south, but us northern kids have more days we are out in the 60's and low 70's than days it is above 88. Plus it will force the chicks to jump in more often & who doesn't like that?

Anyway, I keep deciding on black...then look at the pic of Mike's boat in the water and the chrome does look sweet. Probably can't go wrong either way.

Ask them to leave it off and throw it under the observers seat. I think it would look better without it.

They wouldn't do my '09 without decals. Had to have dealer peel them off when the boat got to him.

I know it can be done, the dealer just needs to contact the right people. If no decal is what you want, I bet a call to the factory before the boat enters production would do the trick.

My dealer was pretty involved with the factory. But it just may be that it wasn't worth the effort. Maybe he figured it was just easier to have his guys do it. But the reason I remember it is because I found it odd that the factory would say no to that request.
