Dash Removal X30 need some help

How do you remove the dash panel on a 2002 X30, there are 8 small hex head cap screws and I found today there are small wing nuts behind them are are very hard to get to.

On my 02 X-star there are roughly 6 push pins on top of the dash that are easily removed and also two screws underneath the stearing column.
