Stiching Coming Apart. Fixable?

Is this repairable? Back corner seat (where everyone steps into boat) and rear middle seat in 1995 Maristar. Putting seat cushion or towel over seat just isn't cutting it anymore. Looks to be getting close to really splitting apart. Can an apolstry person fix this or do I need to buy new covers? If I have to buy new covers, where can I get some at reasonable price? Thanks!!!!

It looks more like the vinyl is taring apart rather then the stitching coming out. I would think the only repair would be new skins.
