My new ride

Lucked out...random craigslist search WAY out of my area turned this up and it just got better from there. 2000 205, original owner w/91 original hrs. I drive a 1000 miles with check in hand and cautious optimism.

Dude builds and races vintage cars and is an absolute fanatic. Boat is spotless, records are perfect, 100hr service done 8months ago, trailer hubs are greased in anticipation of a sale and the deal is done for 12.5K. It never happens like this...EVER!

It never..ever happens this way. When someone says "clean" I expect clean and I'm almost always disappointed. I actually feel like a thief but I think I'll get over it. It's my family's first boat and we're very excited. On my way back up North I had to stop in Boise for business for three days. Dropped it off at the local MC Dealer for fluid change so we're ready to drop it in when I'm back next week. Thanks for all the info you guys provide; I hope to be a contributor some day soon.
