Manual Jet Ski Lift / Small boat lift?

ok, I'm looking for a manual lift for my daughters small boat to leave on the dock. It's light enough for two people to easily pick up so a manual lift is what I would prefer. Here's a pic of what I'm looking for, does anyone know where an old one is lying around not being used anymore?
