Wetsounds REv 10 and Rev 8 on X2

Hello All,
I am new to this site and would like to say Hi to All!!. So far i have read some really good interesting tips from everyone. I cuurently have a 2009 X2 and am really thinking about changing out the factory 2 JL tower speakers with wetsounds. I have been everywhere on this site and could not find an answer. My question is do you know if the Rev 8's if installed on the factory tower pods hang any lower than my current Jl's. I am 6 ft tall and do not want to hit my head on them or can I go with the Rev 10's?
By the way here is a picture of my boat.

The X mount Rev-8 is roughly 9.5 and the Rev-10 is roughly 11.5 and the MC adapters adds an additional 1".

If you are only installing two speakers, put them on the outermost mounts and you shouldn't have any trouble hitting your head on them
