Does anyone have any suggestion on putting carpet in without taking the top of boat off. I know the carpet goes under front seat. Not enough room to raise front passenger seat up.any suggestions would be great.

I think other members have either used a jack or some other device to lift the decking enough to get the job done. Here's a picture from another thread:
