Did they change the way we add photos to posts??

Can't figure it out. Did they change it because I never had an issue prior.

It does not allow me to upload a file or choose a file under Manage Attachments

how far does it get? do you get the pop-up after you click the paperclip?

Yeah thatbscreen appears however all the files are empty and you can't select a file or a photo to use

Testing 1, 2, 3 ... apparently not, still seems to be working fine.
