Talking 08 X2 in the shop for Warranty fiberglass repair

My 08 X2 is getting some minor cracks in the fiberglass repaired thanks to the outstanding service department at Midwest Mastercraft. After many conversations with the factory, Mastercraft is sending in their specialist to fix the problem. My hats off to Mastercraft for standing behind their product and honoring the integrity of the warranty in craftmanship. i really shouldnt get into the details of what caused the problem until I can verfy the actual facts of how and why. The point is we put our hard earned dollars into these boats and I believe that Mastercraft understands that.

I've only ever heard of the blistering on one other boat. MC did the same thing and sent down their expert gel coat guy to fix it.

I think it had something to do with the resin firing off too hot.

Hmmm... I've got spider cracks in the gel coat where the tower attaches on my 08 and the dealer told me Mastercraft would not cover it.
