Anyone know if anybody in the middle Tennessee area that makes reasonable custom boat covers? Really would like someone to make me a new cover using my old one as a pattern.

You could try Nashville Tent & Awning. They have repaired a couple of covers for me. Not sure what they would charge.

+1 on Canvas Unique. The PO of my boat used them to re-upholster the seats and they did a good job. I believe they were recommended to him by the local MC dealer.

+1 for Canvas Unique. Modified my MC cover for tower...cut in holes, added velcro, and sewed in a couple vents. Quality work and reasonable.
