Per the WS Boat Buyer's guide

Wakecraft
Est. 2006
8 Employees
12 boats made in 2006
1 model for 2007

Maybe Rod's their 1st dealer....

Hope their business suceeds....

Well, I hope they don’t take you for ‘granite’ on your new forum like we do over here…

Business question: Who is handling parts (both warranty & service replacment), service after the sale, warranty service etc? What about the financial stability of the parent company? Are the warranty reserves funded so that repairs can continue if sales and manufacturing cease (ala Toyota?) Is there a dealer network being established or does the customer return the boat to your house for repairs?

Start ups are tough…good luck.

Send a message via AIM to rodltg2
no dealers, all factory direct. all warranty issues will be handled by wakecraft. remember a small company, only planning under 100 boats a year and definatly lower than that the first year.
