All good advice above. I'd not go tearing into things (with gaskets...thermostat housing, etc.) until you put the impeller in and see if it cools properly. If it does, likely the pieces have already gone through. You put a hell of a strain on the entire system, so I doubt the impeller pieces are wedged. $0.02

When I melted down the one I showed you earlier, I found a large chunk of the internal wall of the exhaust hose stuck in the muffler between the baffles. Certainly take it apart and check all possibilities.

Listen to the advice of the others here about the other components.

I can almost 100% guarantee your exhaust hoses are ruined. I highly recommend replacing them, regardless.
