I first drew a outline of the current guide on the cement. Then, measured how much at the top I need to come in to get with 1.5" of the boat. I applied heat around the entire diameter of the area with Propane Plumbing Torch. (Took a few mins to get it hot enough.) I then bent it using a fulcrum at the point i wanted to bend, and my shed on one side and me jumping on the other.
