Assuming that you don't use the boat in salt water, I would NOT bottom paint it.

We took our boat to the local fiberglass guy, he said the blistering would subside over the winter while sitting on the trailer (different bunk location) and that as long as we did sometime to correct the lift bunks holding water against the hull we would be OK.

He was 100% correct. Pictures would be helpful, but since you don't leave the boat in the water and the blistering isn't significant I would just monitor at this point.
