We used to sink ours and just leave the entrance gate balls up, then just pull the rope to each pvc section and put the buoys on and swim the turn bouys out, then retighten/straighten every time. We had it down and could do it in 15 mins. Unfortunately people started cutting the entrance gates balls, so we ended up sinking a sub buoy of one of the anchors and would just line it up with the shore lines to find it every time. It was all a pain regardless, but worth it.
