Nice find and welcome to TT. Nice to hear from another Canuck.
- Damper plate is between engine flywheel and tranny. It can begin to come apart and eventually fail. Check out this site: http://www.foleyengines.com/resource...attle-and-roll
- Marine engine exhaust risers are specific to marine engines. Nothing like an auto exhaust manifold.
