The Actuator went in without a hitch. The female connector did the existing ones.
The instructions did say that the stainless steel shaft should be mounted in the down position so that if any water got in there it would drain out of the tube.
1. Mount with motor toward rear of boat.
2. Stainless shaft, towards front of boat.
This way when the sundeck is closed the stainless tube will be lower than the motor.
