The frame is all attached with screws and compression fit rubber. There is a small amount of clear silicone adhesive in the joint between the two pieces of glass, most likely used to help with assembly. This is the order I went through for disassembly and was done on each side independently (duh):
1)Remove black rubber trim on exterior of frame base
2)Remove screws attaching frame to top deck
3)Lift windshield, frame still intact from the top deck and off the boat. (a second set of hands would be helpful)
4) Place windshield on carpeted surface and remove all screws from the frame
5) Remove top frame - I used some soapy water in a spray bottle to lubricate the rubber best I could. It tends to want to stick.
6) Remove bottom frame
7) Seperate the two glass pieces if it hasn't already
Hope that helps!
