The simplest way to tell is the 4010 has duel fuel inlets on the starboard side. The 4160 has an angled fuel inlet on the front of the carb. I'll let the more seasoned carb experts tell you the rest. I do know there are some threads that mention the mod. to prevent blowing the power valve if it backfires. May find that in a search. Photo is of the 4010 (stock photo from Summit Racing).
