I'd check for spark first. Crank it over with the coil wire removed from the cap and hold it close to the engine for ground.

If ok, then pressure test your fuel pump. The plug connection at the top of the fuel pump module can sometimes be a problem (bad connection) so give it a good look.

Running less than 1/4 tank is asking for trouble. Also your fuel filter should be replaced every 2 years. (or sooner with heavy use like in florida, etc.)
