Check your bearing cap, if you have the original plastic ones they sometimes crack allowing water to get in there. They have an o-ring on them too, check that also.

The inner seal is no different to change out than on the front of a car.
Remove caliper, remove rotor, pry old seal out with a seal puller or small pry bar, carefully install new seal.
