I'm currently running the OJ 14.75 x 15.5 and it seems to be a good choice. However not too much top speed anymore but, who cares?
What a local prop specialist told me today was that lowering rpms is generally spoken not a good idea since every engine has its optimal range of rpms. For the LY6 they write it is between 5200 and 5600 max. So by putting on another prop might cause your engine not running in the optimal range and therefore run under overload even at low rpms. However by having my engine running at 5200 rpms (top speed scenarios) I don't feel too comfortable.
