Slowly inching forward... sliding backward, and moving forward again. Seriously it will be in the water this weekend... as repeated the last two

After getting the cutless Bearing installed in the strut I found I have to deal with this problem



I was hoping I wouldn't have to clean up the underwater gear until after I pulled the boat for the winter and adressed the antifoul paint, Oh well here we go. Nice and shiny now



I won't go into how long it took me to replace the cutlass bearings. All I can say is It's a real fun job to figure out while laying in a gravel driveway.

Lunch break is over gonna line that shaft up and get the log seal in place next.
