There is a company here in Ohio that specializes just in solid surface surrounds/shower bases. I'm friends with their sales rep so I normally shoot him referrals for shower work
I have an account at a Wilsonart distributor and figured it would be easier/faster than installing tile. My table saw fence locks out to 52" from the blade and my outfeed on both sides goes out 40" from the back edge of the cast iron top, so cutting it won't be a problem.
