Tristars don't ride any rougher than a ps190 of the same vintage, actually a little better since it's a little wider and a little deeper v. I've been in some good 2 ft. white caps while uncomfortable it was doable. People love to hate on the red headed step child of mastercraft known as the tristar...As for me I love mine.
