Just had an experience with them. Wife bought a sweatshirt for me for Christmas. We washed it once, the white that was on the sweatshirt when washed became brown. Called Mastercraft by Design complained. Left numerous messages no return call. We finally got in touch with someone they said that they would ship out a new one after we returned ours. We shipped ours back it took 3 days to get there. After 3 weeks of waiting for my replacement sweatshirt we called to check on the status, left a message. A guy named Kevin finally called after we left numerous messages and said that there was a sweatshirt sent out and had a tracking number, finally!!

The customer service is a joke at best. I have had better service from a hamburger joint with a high school teenager making minimum wage. Unless you are desperate or you like the thrill of lousy customer service shop somewhere else!!
