I know it is hard but you just have to keep pushing yourself! So much of this is mind over matter......trust me I do it too. There are so many days that I can find that excuse, but you have to push thru it. To be honest I didn't do great last week. This week I am pushing harder and not letting myself give in and make excuses. I set a new goal for myself and am doing what I have to to get there!
What was your start goal? What goal can you set for the next 3 weeks to get you closer to that final goal? You are so close to the half way mark! Don't stop now!
