Your boat is pretty light and you don't tow that far so many vehicles will work for you.

One rule of thumb for towing....longer wheelbase = better and more stable.
For example, suburban is better than a Tahoe.
Crew cab pickup better than a regular cab. You get the idea.

Pick a vehicle you like to drive solo first, then make sure it's up to the task pulling your boat.

(I've had 2 Suburbans, a Yukon Denali and a Yukon XL Denali and they would all be great for towing your prostar)
