Search this forum on the interiors, from memory, there are arguments on both sides. I think the Texas aspect of your decision would be better served with a lighter interior.
There are a lot of comparison threads on the 6.0 vs 6.2... At that price delta you're getting closer to the longer term gas savings biz case. I spoke directly to Ilmor last month and there is very little difference in torque output up to about 4000 RPM (closer to 4250) between them. Specifically the variable valve timing bridges the gap.
Resale, I think the 6.2 will be desired for fuel economy and more power by the numbers.
