I just noticed in your picture that you're missing the spacer that goes on the bolt in between the top alternator lug and the engine cylinder head. You can see where the old spacer used to be on the front of the cylinder head because the black paint is missing around that top bolt where it screws into the head.
That missing spacer might allow your alternator to drift slightly forward and aft during operation and cause your alignment to change, belt squeal, etc.
Might be something you want to check into before the season starts.
