I would be curious to see how this would have gone if the chevy was in 4x4. Even then it would have only been a 2 wheel drive. 1 front and 1 back

So 2 wheel drive vs all wheel drive

The VW has a lower center of gravity

The power numbers are so close percentage wise, that I doubt it would have much of an influence

The truck would probably start wheel hopping in 4x4 and possibly break something
