Easy design to replicate if you illustrator and photoshop. Just some gradients and funky font mods. The red may be to hit spot on if you don't have the color values they used and also if what kind of inks were used. Eco-solvent inks will give you richer deeper look on the reds than UV and Latex inks. Make sure you get an Oracal or Avery vinyl they are best and a good UV Laminate. Also make sure they use an edge sealer since its such a large decal and water will be hitting the leading edge of the decal.
Let me check what a very good skilled wrapper designer would charge for this.
A good hi-res photo will help a designer replicate artwork.
